The Ford 6.0L Head Gasket Kit for your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke is an OEM Ford Head Gasket that is a factory replacement for your truck. Due to the many different model changes over the years, please check your build date and see the fitment guide below to select the right gaskets for your truck.

Fitment Guide: 

• 18mm Alignment Dowels (Early) – For models built before September 30th, 2003. This kit includes a screw-in style stand pipe. These models will have the ICP Sensor on the HPOP cover.
• 18mm Alignment Dowels – For models built September 30th, 2003 – January 11th, 2006. The ICP sensor is located on passenger side valve cover above the glow plug control module.
• 20mm Alignment Dowels – Manufactured January 12th, 2006 & newer.
